Garage to Living Space

This Midland family needed additional living space without the cost of a traditional addition. We converted their attached two-car garage into a comfortable bonus room that can serve as a guest suite, home gym, or additional family space. The project included proper insulation to match the home's envelope, HVAC integration, new windows for natural light, and flooring and finishes that match the rest of the home. The exterior was updated to look like it was always part of the original design.
