Services Description

Clint Aaron Enterprises provides residential remodeling and renovation services in Columbus, GA and the surrounding areas. Our services include kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, home additions, interior and exterior improvements, and related construction services. All services are subject to separate written contracts that will govern the specific terms of each project.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for projects within our service area. Please note the following:

• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise noted
• Estimates are based on visible conditions and information provided at the time of assessment
• Actual project costs may vary if hidden conditions are discovered during construction
• All pricing is subject to a formal written contract before work begins
• Material costs are subject to market fluctuations

Project Contracts

All remodeling projects require a signed written contract before work commences. The contract will specify the scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, timeline, warranty terms, and other relevant details. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed project contract, the project contract shall prevail.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in each project contract. Generally:

• A deposit is required to schedule and initiate projects
• Progress payments are due at specified milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the contract

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
• Ensure clear access to work areas as needed
• Make timely decisions when selections or approvals are required
• Communicate any concerns promptly
• Fulfill payment obligations as agreed
• Obtain any necessary HOA or other approvals for the work

Permits and Inspections

We obtain all necessary building permits and coordinate required inspections for projects that require them. Permit costs are typically included in project estimates unless otherwise noted. Delays caused by permit processing or inspection scheduling are beyond our control and may affect project timelines.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for one (1) year from project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use conditions. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through to the client. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, alterations by others, or damage from events beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clint Aaron Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or this agreement. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Clint Aaron Enterprises or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Muscogee County, Georgia, in accordance with Georgia law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
